Workspaces vs Brands
The 1:1 rule, what the workspace switcher shows, and the right structure for agencies.
Two words that sound similar but do different jobs: a workspace is the container (data, team, billing); a brand is the thing being measured inside it.
The 1:1 rule
Every workspace has exactly one owned brand — the one marked "This is my brand". All scores, alerts, and diagnoses in the workspace are about that brand. The other brands in Brands & Competitors are its competitor benchmarks, not additional owned brands.
What the switcher shows
The dropdown in the header lists your workspaces. Switching changes everything at once — brand, prompts, competitors, history — because each workspace is fully isolated.
For agencies
Run one workspace per client. Each client gets its own brand, competitor set, prompt list, and clean reporting boundary — and the switcher becomes your client list.
