Alerts
Get told when something changes: alert types, severity levels, and what to do when one fires.
Answers drift with every model and index update. Alerts watch every run for meaningful changes so you find out about a drop from AEOquest, not from a customer.
Alert types
- New Competitor Detected — a brand outside your set starts appearing in your answers.
- Visibility Spike — a significant upward move worth understanding (and repeating).
- Visibility Drop — a significant downward move on a prompt, engine, or overall.
Severity levels
| Severity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| INFO | Worth knowing; no action needed. |
| WARNING | A real change — look when you're next in the app. |
| CRITICAL | A major move on something that matters. Investigate now. |
Acting on an alert
From any alert you can jump straight into Diagnose to find the root cause, or Mark read to acknowledge it. Unread alerts also surface in the header bell across the app.
