Create your workspace and add your brand
Sign up, set up your first workspace and brand, and run your first AI visibility scan in about five minutes.
Everything in AEOquest happens inside a workspace, and every workspace is built around one brand — yours. This guide takes you from a fresh account to your first completed visibility scan.
1. Sign up
Create an account with your email and a password. New accounts go straight into the guided setup wizard — there is nothing to configure before it.
2. Name your workspace and brand
- Enter a workspace name — usually your company name.
- Enter your brand name exactly as customers and AI engines would say it.
- Add your primary domain (e.g. example.com) and any aliases or alternate spellings of the brand.
- Pick your industry so starter questions match your category.
3. Review your starter prompts
The wizard generates a starter set of questions buyers ask on the way to your category — comparisons, "best of" lists, and recommendation prompts. Keep the ones that sound like your customers and remove the rest; you can refine the list any time under Tracked Prompts.
4. Run your first scan
Finish the wizard and the first measurement run kicks off automatically: every tracked prompt is asked across the configured AI engines, and every brand mention is recorded and scored. Results land on your dashboard within a few minutes.
